We are situated in Gunnislake, Cornwall in the Tamar Valley, a designated AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) just a few miles from the National Trust property Cotehele House and gardens, which means that many of our visitors can tie in their visit to Barracott Plants with a Cotehele trip. We are also just an hour from the Eden Project and 20 minutes from Morwellham Quay. There are many good pubs nearby for lunches and evening meals such as the Rising sun and the Rifle Volunteer. The Donkey Park is just one mile away and is a must for the children.

To order any perennials listed on our site simply browse our plant list, our prices are located from the price code button on the left, and either email or telephone us and we will be pleased to dispatch your order as soon s possible.

Nearby and is one of the UK’s least-altered mediaeval houses. Many local craftspeople and artists feature here and you can leave the car there and take the passenger ferry over to Calstock, again on the Tamar Valley Discovery Trail.

Morwellham Quay
Just up the road from Gunnislake, there's the famous Victorian Living Museum at Morwellham Quay where you can dress in Victorian costume, take a trip into the mines on the Charlotte & George mine ride or simply enjoy the walks and nature reserves. Kit Hill
Kit Hill can be seen for miles around and is one of the highest points in Cornwall. On a clear day you can see Dartmoor, Bodmin Moor, the Tamar Valley and Plymouth and when the sky is at its clearest even the Eddystone Light is visible from this granite hilltop.
